Photography 101 with Gwen Allen
Develop art appreciation through enhancing photography skills and creativity. Over the course of four workshops, students will learn to capture a good picture through consideration of composition, lighting and creativity. A major portion of the course will take place outside in Knights Park located at 1001 N. Latham Street. Students need to bring their own digital camera (point and shoot or SLR) with its USB cord and have access to a computer to upload their work after each class. The instructor will use her personal laptop for students without computer access. Students will also receive up to three portraits of themselves taken by Gwen Allen on CD by the end of the course.
