Kickin' Cardio with Boot Camp Circuit Kimberly and Jason Peskey This class takes creative fun cardio kickboxing for the first 30 minutes of class to get those muscles nicely warmed up and burn those unwanted calories. (aka: Turbo Kick). Then for the next 25 minutes of class there is a supervised, structured "Boot Camp"-style circuit training to strengthen and tone your muscles. Always included is a nice cool down stretch at the conclusion of class to help improve circulation and flexibility. Come experience group fitness like you never have before! You can be part of a team which supports each other and helping one another reach new levels. THIS is the fitness class you have been looking for! For Ages 14 and Up, Co-Ed Wednesdays
