Instructor Olivia "Livvy" Gray Slow, deliberate movement to strengthen, loosen, stretch and then relax your whole body - bringing your body, mind and spirit to a state of balance and harmony. In a warm or subdued light - with mild aromas - you will be lifted away from the tensions of the day where there are no judgments and no competition, only acceptance and peace. Modifications and challenges make yoga ideal for all fitness levels and age levels. Massage is offered at the end of class during cool down. NOTE: Bring a yoga mat, towel, water, and a jacket (optional for cool down). Shoes and stockings are removed for class. Wear loose, comfortable clothing for freedom of movement. Chairs are available for those with joint and/or balance issues. Yoga is a fitness program practiced and perfected through the centuries and is not a religion. Sessions are 6-week long.
