The Sandwich Park District is currently completing its 2026 Master Plan. We would greatly appreciate your time in filling out this survey to give us feedback on how we are doing and to help us plan your future parks and facilities. Attached you will find a link to our online survey. To prevent spam/bot responses we are requiring a name and email in order to fill out the survey. If you prefer to submit the survey anonymously, please click on the paper link below which will let you print the document at home. After filling it out, you can mail it to us or drop it off in our drop box at 1001 N. Latham St. Sandwich, IL 60548.
