The Mother Goose Club:

A cartoon goose with blue hair and a pink bow holds a book, showing a whimsical and playful character design.

Our Mother Goose Club is for 3-5 year old children and runs every month from September through May. We offer an optional June session.   Children attend two times a week for two hours. Class size is limited.

What to expect from the Mother Goose Club:

Your child can expect a safe, warm, and secure environment with developmentally appropriate activities, materials, and equipment. Children are encouraged to express themselves through math, science, art and manipulative play experiences. “Together Time”, with stories, songs, and finger plays, adds to the fun, along with large and small muscle activities. The alphabet, numbers, colors, shapes, and name printing are introduced, along with counting and cutting skills. A nutritious snack is provided as well.

Our Philosophy:

Young children learn best through hands-on experiences and need many opportunities to express their feelings.  Emphasis is placed on social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development with our “learn through play” approach. The program is designed to encourage play, which is a child’s primary means of expression and problem solving.

Many opportunities for self-expression, yet structured activities as well. This 10-week class is open to all children who will be starting Kindergarten next fall.

Children already enrolled in the Mother Goose Club will get priority. Enrollment is on a “first come” basis with a maximum of 10 children.
